TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. CREDIT USAGE & REDEMPTION VALUE

Each Sage Credit has a redemption value of S$1 (1 Credit = S$1). Credits may be used towards eligible art classes, workshops and studio activities at Sage Artelier, with the applicable amount deducted from the available credit balance.

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. CREDIT VALIDITY

All Sage Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits will expire at the end of the validity period and will not be refunded or carried forward.

3. MATERIALS

Standard materials required for the selected activity are included unless otherwise stated.

4. BOOKINGS

Advance booking is required and subject to availability and confirmation by Sage Artelier. Where the available credit balance is insufficient, additional credits may be purchased to complete the booking.

5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

At least 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Credits will be reinstated where sufficient notice is given. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity, the full credits may be forfeited.

6. NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS

No-shows will result in full forfeiture of credits for the booked activity. Late arrivals may participate for the remaining duration. Extensions may be accommodated at Sage Artelier's discretion, subject to instructor and studio availability.

7. CREDIT SHARING & TRANSFER

Credits may be shared among immediate family members under the registered package holder's account. Credits may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.

8. REFUNDS

Sage Credits packages, including unused and partially used credits, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

9. BONUS CREDITS

Bonus credits are complimentary, have no cash value and are non-refundable. They are subject to the same validity period as the purchased package.

10. STUDIO CANCELLATIONS

Where Sage Artelier cancels a confirmed activity, the credits deducted for that activity will be fully reinstated.

11. PACKAGE & PRICE CHANGES

Sage Artelier reserves the right to revise package prices, credit requirements and available activities. Changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

12. GENERAL

Sage Artelier reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time, subject to applicable law. Purchase and use of Sage Credits constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
