Refund policy

 

 All sales with Sage Artelier is final and as soon as you click the 'Order' button your purchases will be charged to the payment method you have selected. We do not accept any cancellation or refund.

However, if you have received a defective or damaged product, please do not hesitate to contact us at admin@sageartelier.com. Upon review, we may offer an exchange within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any exchange of a defective or damaged product must be done in person at our physical store at 6 Sin Ming Road, #01-16 Sin Ming Plaza Tower 2, Singapore 575585.
